Growing up, I faced more than a few physical and emotional challenges. But my father taught me to always give my best, and my mother instilled in me the value of helping others. Those truths became the foundation for everything I’ve achieved—national weightlifting records, international martial arts medals, collegiate boxing titles, and leadership roles in the military, government, and business.
But none of those accomplishments define me. The real secret behind them?
Identity.
Before I was an athlete, a soldier, or a coach—I was, and still am, a child of God. That identity became both my anchor and my launchpad. Every punch, lift, mission, and project I’ve taken on flowed from knowing who I am, not just what I do.
Now, as a coach, that’s the core of my work with others. I help people reconnect with the truth of who they are—because when your identity is clear, strength follows. So does resilience. So does peace.
So let me ask you:
What’s driving you right now?
Who are you really—and how is that working for you?
If you’re unsure or feeling stuck, maybe it’s time to stop chasing and start becoming. Your best self isn’t found by looking outward—it starts with the truth inside.
